Cranberry-Orange Ginger Bliss Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons chopped peeled fresh ginger root
  • 1 large navel orange, including the rind
  • 12-ounce bag of cranberries (or cherries)
  • 1 cup pitted dates, or 1 1/4 cup date powder

Directions

  1. In a food processor, finely chop all ingredients.
  2. You may need to add 1/4 cup of orange juice if you use date sugar.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and chill.
  4. The relish keeps covered and chilled for 2 weeks.
