Robin, Enliven Food's Executive Chef, was a gourmet chef to the stars in LA when a serious accident in 2002 triggered gut health and autoimmune issues. Searching for answers she read Joel Fuhrman, MD’s #1 New York Times's best selling book, "Eat To Live" and transitioned to whole food plant-based eating in order to survive. This led her to work for Dr Fuhrman as a dietary assistant, patient coach, and food formulator. At his clinic, she helped people reverse numerous chronic diseases like diabetes, heart disease, and autoimmune diseases just from eating plants! Since then, she’s authored "The Super Antioxidant Diet" book, educated around the world, and launched several whole food plant-based restaurants.
